Above is the third generation Cutter frame.
Changes:
- Longer, sleeker dropouts
- Pinched CS (so a 28+ tire will fit)
- New head tube logo protruding.
- New stickers by Dave Banks!
We are also getting a limited run of 59's for you tall guys. They are ordered and are expecting to be dropped in 3 months from now. We had some inquires on the 27.2 mm pivotal posts, so we ordered some in black, polished and white. They'll also be in with the new frames. –

The Outlier crew is back with another future classic. This time they took on the tee shirt. Outlier sourced an ultrafine grade of merino from the Southern Alps of New Zealand, and had it cut and sew in midtown Manhattan, just blocks from the Empire State building. This superior quality merino cools you in the summer, keeps you warm in the winter and looks great all year round. It's so soft and well tailored you'd think you are wearing nothing at all. In other words a tee-shirt fit for an emperor.
Outlier named it the Empire Merino Tee after their friends from the forthcoming Empire film, a movie showcasing New York City's fastest and most skilled street riders. Like Empire, Outlier is bringing New York's quality and style to the world of cycling.

Vittoria Shoes supports the Fixed Gear community! And there taking orders! Thanks for the info Veronica!
“We are an Italian Company producing prefessional 100% MADE IN ITALY CYCLING SHOES since 1976. In Europe now FIXED GEAR BICYCLES are getting very popular so we decided to create a revival of the first professional models produced in the starting years of activity of our company, so that's why the model is called
1976. The model has been interpreted in modern terms by melting together advanced materials as Lorica Micro Fiber and valuabe skins with a past time design which gives to Vittoria 1976 a taste of history. To follow the fashion the range of color is wide, from yellow to red, from violet to brown... the sole is in rubber in order to guarantee confort to all riders.” –

Looks like the second sample of the Bundchen Legs barspin fork are a go! Now... the fork legs come in tighter towards the steerer and a new heat-treatment process. The first sample was too bow-legged and had too much gap that needed to be tightened up.

“Next batch of frames will come with the protruding headtube speaker. We had mix reactions on the speaker cut-out on the second batch. Some said they didn't understand what it was or they just didn't get it. The speaker is our logo and when you take off the stickers we thought it would be cool to have something stand out that says it's a Volume with or without the stickers on the frame.” –
Volume BikesI was one of those people asking about the speaker cut-out. My only concern was water getting into the headtube... especially here in PDX.

“Sick and tired of opening tons of different tabs for various fixed gear blogs and then waiting, Fourteen Teeth was born out of laziness. Initially just for me, I figured, "hey, why not let others use it?" So I spent a few days making it user-friendly and launched what you see today, the beta version of
Fourteen Teeth.” – Commer
