Keo For DVS

DVS is proud to introduce the first signature colorway shoe designed specifically for fixed freestyle cycling. Produced in collaboration with fixed freestyle pioneer, Keo Curry, the KeoRock Milan CT-C Mid is built with added features and strength to support the needs of urban riders.

"The shoe is perfect for riding,” says Curry. “It provides great support and unmatched comfort no matter what pedal and strap or cage set up you use. And they look sick!"

DVS’ Brian Dunlap says Curry’s reputation as an innovator in cycling culture made him the perfect partner for this landmark project. "Keo is known as one of the true pioneers and innovators. He’s invented countless tricks and has played a major role in leading this emerging culture forward."

During Interbike, we got the chance to preview the Cadence Winter 2010 collection at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino. The suite was outfitted superbly... displaying an amazing range of various Cadence and DVS goodies.

The collection included jeans, glasses, carabiners, snapback caps, jackets, tees, straps, shoes, and so much more!

VAGX Stealth Rucksack + Urban Multi Pouch

Several weeks ago, I received a Stealth Rucksack and Urban Multi Pouch from VAGX. Pairing these two items just made sense from the get-go.

The Urban Multi Pouch can mount either on your shoulder strap, belt or belt loop. The velour style interior protects your mobile devices from abuse... sliding in & out with ease. Also, you will find a secondary interior pocket for those other essential items you need to access promptly.

The Stealth Rucksack is superb in every aspect. The material is smooth, soft, and stealthy. The padded shoulder straps are easy to adjust to the contour of your body for that tight fit... and just as easy to expand with the aid of the quick release straps.

The lid features two zipper pockets that are both generous in space. On the exterior of the Rucksack, you will find a large vertical zipper compartment that houses two interior pockets. If space is an issue, no fear... the main interior compartment is HUGE! The interior compartment also features a protective lining with an elastic locking cord.

On the sides of the Rucksack you will find adjustable straps in a zigzag pattern. When I say straps, I don’t mean those elastic cords you often see on other rucksacks that frail with ease. These straps are strong enough to mount your skateboard, floor pump or tripod.

Enough said... these two items rock!

2011 NS Bikes Analog

It has been almost a year since NS Bikes introduced the Analog fixed gear line. The parts were built using high end dirt and street technology and received great feedback all round the world. But as always, there is room to improve, and for 2011 NS are offering several updates in their product line.

Based on a customer feedback the revamped frame received a couple of new features – mainly revised geometry and an integrated seat clamp. The 2011 version also has slightly longer dropouts with extra machining. The bottom bracket has been raised and the top tube lowered.

The NS Analog fork has also been modified for 2011. It now comes with more tasty and classic looking blades, an improved dropout interface and some more weight saving machining on the steer tube. The drop-outs are now 5mm thick and the fork is slightly lighter but just as strong as the previous model.

East Meets West: Hold Fast x iMiNUSD

In efforts to provide the fixed gear community with tried and true products to withstand the abuse of everyday riding, Hold Fast and iMiNUSD collaborate to bring you the first FRS that unites both East and West coast.

With iMiNUSD and Hold Fast being the product of grassroots business and labor, each independently owned company has left a distinguished mark in a vastly growing part of fixed gear freestyle riding.  We have teamed up to share our storied history with you and to provide you with a product that has set the bar for all foot retention systems dedicated to fixed gear freestyle.

iMiNUSD and Hold Fast are two companies built by the community, for the community. And we thank you for choosing to support your local, American-Made, business. Be on the look out for more collaborative projects from iMiNUSD.

iMiNUSD + Hold Fast FRS will be available this Wednesday, 9/15. Pre-order your set here."

What They Have To Say About Dosh

"There aren't too many new wallets that will get me away from my leather chain wallet (minus the chain) that I got at an ARCO station in the early nineties. Since ARCO is owned by BP and the embossed naked lady is rubbing off, it's perfect timing to make the upgrade to the new PC wallet.  It's minimal (just like my funds) and looks sleek. The added bonus is that the plastic case it came in fits my iPod. It's a win win for everyone!" – Brian Castillo, Volume Bikes

"Simple, mellow, and keeps you organized in half the size of a regular wallet." – Dustin Klein, Cadence Clothing

"As a photographer, I'm always on the move from one city to the next with more gear then I can usually carry.  This means I end up having alot more wear and tear on what I bring with me, and the life span of my daily essentials isn't very long.  After traveling with the Dosh x Pedal Consumption wallet I really appreciate the "indestructible" design, as well as it's small comfortable size perfect for anyone who spends an above average amount of time on a bicycle every week.  The sleek yet simplistic design of the inside is perfect for organizing business cards from credit/debit, and keeps everything where I need it to be without any shifting around." – Matt Lingo (Photographer)

"I normally don't carry a wallet of any type, but I carry this with me all the time… small, practical, and well designed" – John Wainwright, 14 Bike Co

"Riding with this wallet is more comfortable than anything before. Minimalistic, light and durable as anything I have ever owned. Makes me forget I'm sitting on a wallet on a long ride. Every rider needs this wallet." – Dan Arel, Leader Bike

"I am not a wallet guy. In fact, I hate wallets! I usually just have a couple cards in a little clip and even that annoys me. So a month ago I was sent the DOSH x PC wallet and I gotta say it rules! Very simple design. The slots keep your cards filed and ready to go. The clip keeps your cash secure yet accessible. If you're looking for a new wallet you will dig this fo sho!" – Jake Ricker, Revival & Leader Bike

"I've never had anyone comment on my billfold before, until the first time I used my new PC/Dosh wallet. The person behind the counter at a cafe remarked how great it looked.  That's saying something" – Ryan Schuetze, Go Means Go
