Dan from Portland Design Works was kind enough to send me a coated 3wrencho sample. After I took this shot, I used this handy tool on one of my wheels that needed a tire swap. It was a breeze getting my Randonneur off the rim with the lever side. And with the coating, I didn’t notice any wear markings from the procedure. Since I don’t use hubs with bolt-on nuts, I couldn’t test the 3wrencho 100%. Maybe a 6mm hex bit for us Phil Wood fans?
